Rumors have it that the social network is again working on some sort of phone. But what could Facebook put into that phone to make it a must-buy?

If you are a Real Estate investor who loves the fix & flip deals, then you need to go on a bus tour. It does not matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned investor, you will learn more tricks of how to work your numbers on deals, you will see how to break-down repair problems as you are physically walking through the properties. These trainings are definitely worth attending. I found Zack’s training to be a great experience and would recommend this to and Real Estate Investor. I’m not receiving any affiliate commissions on informing you about this, I just like to share good tools & information. There are other tours like this, just make sure you do your research and find one that works for you!

Qualifying your Buyers!
Once you have built a buyers list to purchase your properties, there is another step. Qualify!! Send an email to your buyers list explaining that you don’t want to waste their time. Explain that all you are trying to achieve is bringing properties that they have interest in buying.
If you have a list of buyers that are real and bring buying value to your properties that you post, then your time and the buyers time is well time spent. Otherwise, this may not come as a surprise to you, everyone else is wasting your time.
Think about it, you are bringing properties to a private buyer who is making you money. Do you have time to waste? Do you have time by wasting their time as a valuable buyer that is ready to pull the trigger and you have not taken the time to do your homework on the property that you are sending them? This is how you lose buyers? Think about that for a moment. Do you really have time to lose? Most of us need money and if you don’t use your buyers time properly, they will drop you, so quick and you won’t make the money that you wanted to.
